1. Can I cancel my order because I bought the wrong item?

You can cancel your order as long as the item has not been shipped. Usually within 24 hrs. from your initial order. Call for shipping conformation.

2. Can I return any items I decide not to keep?

We have a Returns policy of 14 days, See return policy link.

3. Do you have a catalog?

Because we carry so many items from many different companies we don't send out catalogs. Our web site will provide you with products information, prices, pictures and descriptions. We've found this to be much easier to use than a catalog. We can provide a catalog at an additional cost to you. Call for info.

4. Do you have retail stores?

No, we do not have a retail store. We are strictly online.

5. Do you ship internationally?

No, Currently we only ship in the USA.

6. Do you ship on the weekend?

Any order that is place after 12 noon pacific standard time on Friday, will be shipped out the following Monday if in stock.

9. How often do you send out orders daily?

We have dedicated personnel who process, pick, pack and shipped all the orders, from 8 am to 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. We upload all orders 2 times a day (7AM & 12PM), and prioritize and process all priority orders that need to be shipped that day if the Item is in stock, otherwise orders will be shipped within 7-14 days.

10. What type of shipping box will my product come in?

We ship all orders by Standard UPS Ground Boxes of Fed Ex

11. What if I receive a defective or damaged item?

All products that are damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours from receipt of goods. We will replace any damaged items. If you receive a shipment with exterior damage, or has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the TIME OF DELIVERY WITH THE DRIVER. Please make sure the driver notes the problem in his delivery record. Save the original carton(s) and packing material(s) for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately. We will follow up on the claim.

12. When will my order be shipped?

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-7 business day. All printed items are ship usually within 7 - 14 business days sooner if the item is in stock.

All online catalog orders through ordered by phone, This site is designed to accommodate our corporate accounts as well as the consumer. After an order is placed online, you will be contacted by one of our staff to finalize your order.
